Event Menu

We offer many different menus and options too accommodate your individual needs and price point.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We will arrive about one hour before the start of your event to setup and get the oven warmed up. Once the oven is up to temperature, the pizzas will cook in a couple of minutes.

Our pizzas are made on site. We use our own fresh dough, hand toss them and cook them in our mobile wood fired pizza oven. We serve everything buffet style which allows your guests to sample all the flavors of pizza  you selected and helps maintain a smooth flow of service.

We require enough space to park the oven and setup our workstation. The minimum amount of space needed is 12ft x 30ft.  The truck can be setup any where you can park a car (driveways, curbside, parking spaces, etc).  If there is a gate in the pathway of the setup location there needs to be a minimum of 13ft clearance to get the oven through the opening. We can not drive over any unpaved pathways including grass, gravel and dirt.

Paper plates and paper napkins are included in all packages. If you desire to have China, Silverware and Stemware for your event we are happy to provide referrals for rentals.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

DEPOSIT: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date of event. Full payment is due prior to the start of the event.

FOOD CATERING MINIMUM: Catering Minimums apply to all events. Please inquire for additional information on the catering minimum for the date of your event.

STAFFING: Each quote will include the cost of culinary staffing. Each event will have one Chef ($300) and at least one Pizza Cook ($270).  The number of Pizza Cooks is determined by your final guest count and menu selections.  We do not provide wait/service staff.  If you require wait/service staff please let us know and we are happy to provide a referral.

TRAVEL: We travel all over Southern California.  The first 35 miles of travel are included. If the event address is beyond 35 miles, a travel fee will be applied at a rate of $10/mile greater than thirty-five (35) miles, calculated on a one way distance. (Example: If the event address is 45 miles away from our facility the travel fee will be $100)

SERVICE FEE: For your convenience, pricing is inclusive of a 20% charge, Any additional gratuities are optional and always appreciated.
